Change/Chance to set training load method between banisters/coggan models
Sorry, maybe it is better method but I like the simplified method from coggan's about training load (CTL/ATL/TSB). I don't like to be calculating every single week my load based on "lines" or the % of performance I have lost/won, maybe that works for an expert or in a lab but for a general purpose it is easier and far useful to look at TSB's negative/postivie values.
Besides if you compare both methods they offer similar results, but tsb's are more intuitive.

Hi, I have been using the Fitness model since it came out and even if I understand how it works I find it rather hard to use to monitor my progress and the numbers are not very intuitive. It would be much better to use the TSB model (CTL/ATL) where you can try to keep your TSB in different established ranges.
TSB =Fitness (yesterday) −Fatigue (yesterday)
A Training Zone is defined by a range of Form values and Training Zones can be: Transition zone, Freshness, Neutral, Optimal and Over-Training. So, a Form value can be associated to a particular Training Zone.
Depending on the Form value, you can manage and plan your training to reach or avoid a particular zone. So when:
+25 < Form : Transition zone. Athlete is on form. Case where athlete has an extended break. (e.g. illness, injury or end of the season).
+5 < Form < +25 : Freshness Zone. Athlete is on form. Ready for a race or big day(s).
-10 < Form < +5 : Neutral Zone. Zone reached typically when athlete is in a rest or recovery week. After a race or hard training period.
-30 < Form < -10 : Optimal Training Zone. Where athlete can build an effective fitness.
Form < -30 : Over Load Zone. Athlete is on overload or over-training phase. He should take a rest! -

This is definitely needed. The Banister model is crap, putting it mildly, and inconsistent with what every other analysis software is doing. At minimum users should be able to choose between the two models.

yeah, I like your solution, eventually it is almost the same method just easier to understand and avoid overtraining (my main concern).
I agree 1 week would be great instead of 3 months, if someone needs to analyze longer you always can hover the period you need.Thanks !!

Balance of fatigue over fitness is shown as performance ~= TSB
Need a block that shows +/- change in performance over prior 1 week time in health page.
Probably should replace the "3 month" block with "1 week" instead. Simple solution. Clear and easy. And 3 months change is a bit long for the period of training load.
Physiological model selection adds unnecessary complexity.
