An error occurred while saving the comment Ben commentedAbility to record structured gym exercise details. Cater for exercise name, reps, weight, notes. Ability to record multiple sets, supersets and planned vs completed reps/weight. Reporting on exercises, i.e. weight/reps lifted for an exercise over time.

Agree with Uli's comment. I would like to be able to give each week a title, description and colour. This would help with planning out training periodisation within sporttracks.
i.e.
Title: Build phase - Week 1
Description: Easy runs, light uphill runs and strides. Light resistance weight training.
Colour: Blue
