  1. Add a category for rep-based workouts

    I'd like to have a category for resistance training (including bodyweight) in the desktop app. Specific exercises could be entered from a user-created library. Fields would include weight, equipment, repetitions and sets, with the option to import a heart rate track (for the whole workout), total elapsed time, and ambient temperature.

    We endurance athletes are notoriously bad about doing the strength work that keeps us healthy in our sports. Being able to enter my strength work at all into my main training log would be a HUGE boost both to motivation and to tracking results.

  2. Create a connect IQ data field for Garmin devices showing Training Load

    I'd like to have a data field on my garmin edge showing the training load live while riding. So far there's only TSS which does not exactly match.

  3. Option to show stats based on moving time only

    For example, average speed, heart rate, aerobic efficiency etc. for moving time only.
    Sometimes I forget to stop my Garmin or take breaks during rides/runs and it really skews the results. It would be really nice to be able to analyze moving time data only.

  4. Provide Embed Code for individual Activities

    Most other sites(Training Peaks, Strava, etc) have an option on the share menu of an activity to display and copy the embed code for a specific activity on a blog or website. I use this a lot on my blog and it would bring more traffic to the site too. Since you don't provide this functionality, I have to use Strava.
    Here is an example of Strava's iFrame html code...

  5. Dashboard Date Range Per Widget

    Is there any way to have different charts showing different date ranges on the analysis pages. For example I would like to have 3 pie charts each showing amount of sports for 3 different years? (pie#1 2015, pie#2 2016 & pie #3 2017)I read that your solution was to open a new browser page but it would be much better to have this overview on the analysis page. It seems the date filter is for the whole dashboard?

  6. Cumulative times in laps analysis

    It's a simple one but very useful when we try to see the time in one second for a certain distance.. 5k, 10km etc.. in a more longer run.

  7. Elliptical Cycling (Elliptigo) Sport Type

    I suggest you create a sport type for outdoor Elliptical cycling. Currently there are a great number of cycling activities, but nothing specifically for Elliptical. There is even a unicycle option! Which is great, but surely there are more ellitigo users out there than unicyclists. Also, there is already a Elliptical sport under indoor activities, but choose that removes the GPS mapping for the activity. Seems like this should be a quick and easy add, I'd like to be able to stack my sport types to include this activity please, thanks.

  8. Tagging with auto-completion

    Wish it was possible to use tags on training session in a separate field with auto-completion based upon last used tags. (like used in Evernote)

    Additionally could search/filter on tags - with #tagname - in the training session list page.

  9. Workout distance in km and mi

    Please allow us to create workout distances "Steps" in km and mi, not one or the other. Track intervals are specified in km while we specify road workout "Steps" in miles.

  10. Differentiate HRV from Recovery Point

    As of now, the HRV data coming from my Garmin watch is the rMMSD while the HRV data coming from HRV4Training app is the Recovery Point. These 2 values should not be displayed on the same chart, on the Health Tab. Could you please ensure they are not mixed and considered as 2 different values ?

  11. Per sport training load/fatigue and performance

    The Health tab currently displays total training load, fatigue and performance across all sports. Besides the totals, a breakdown into sports would be really useful.

  12. Personal Records history in graph format

    In the Personal Records page, for each record (sport/distance), you would have a button that opens a new page with a graphical view of that record over time.
    The data points are the exact same that you already see on the top of the Personal Records page, it owuld just give you a visual of the evolution of that record.

    Alternatively, it could show the best time for that distance for each year/month/week, so you could visually see the graphical trend over time.

  13. Multiple selection of months/periods for analysis

    It would be really benefitial to be able to selection multiple periods, like months to compare year to year for each period. Both for analysis on current workload and for planning next period.

    Today we're only able to choose one month/year when comparing to other years.
    I use this a lot to compare each quarter pr year.

  14. Show Elevation Gain & Loss fields in the Intervals section

    On the intervals page I would like to be able to see not just "elevation change” per selected interval but the “Elevation Gain” (and Loss) as separate data fields. Looking at “elevation change” alone can mask the amount of real climbing per selected interval/segment. The elevation gain and loss figures are visible elsewhere as separate fields but it would be particularly useful if they are visible in the intervals/segments section as well.

  15. Expanded notes in calendar week view

    When looking at the calendar in week view I would like to see my daily notes and activity notes expanded in the list. Activity notes are a little hidden unless you open the activity you don't know that they are there. And daily notes while there is an icon it would good to just see the notes in the week view without clicking the icon.

    So a daily note might appear at the top for that day. An activity note might be shown underneath that specific activity. I think this would be a good improvement for week view to see…

  17. Training Load and Performance is only shown for 10 years - can you extend for a longer period?

    I got Data since 2004, actually I see anly my Training Load + Performance for the last 10 year, means till Oct.2006

  18. Add "Aerobic Efficiency" to segment section on detail graph

    The reason for this is so that we could highlight an area of a ride or run and see the aerobic efficiency (AE) for just that section. Many times I would like to see what my AE is for the middle of a training session so that the calculation doesn't get skewed by my warm up and cool down.

  20. Visible notes that can span days in the calendar view

    Allow the addition of visible notes in the calendar view that can span multiple days that allows things like illness and holidays to be tracked and visible
