Automatically Generate Training Plan Based on Training Load and Performance Index
Now SportTracks.mobi has a pretty accurate training load/performance calculation/prediction system. Is it possible that you could develop a feature that can automatically create training plans that will always increase the performance in long term, or reach a peak value at the race day ? As the user import the actually training data, the training plan should also be able to adapt automatically

I like the concept, but given everyone will be training for a different event in a different sport with a different goal I think it would be almost impossible.
Maybe a better idea would be a blog explaining how to use the training load or effort metrics over a period of time to maximise performance. And then maybe creat an effort-based training plan where it is up to the individual to add the daily workouts to deliver said metric. Even that would be hideously complex to code I suspect.

ie something like the now-discontinued Firstbeat ATHLETE (training coach function).
Though a training load based model will likely only be useful for a 'BUILD PHASE' scenario. You'll still have to taper yourself. (that's fine)

Please start with Training plans. For the first stept please integrate plans like
http://www.swimplan.com/pubsample.php
and later like 2peak.com or trainingsplan.com
