Calculate training zones
Automatic calculation of HR training zones based on min/max HR and %HR og %HRR intervals. Option to recalculate all og a subset of workouts based on new training zones (a needed feature if the previous training zones were wrong)

There are so many different options for zones in ST, power, hr: default, running, cycling. Its a real chore to change each one. Would be much easier to input one or two figures and have ST calculate the zones from them

I'd love to see this implemented. I've been having a look at a few other apps and they highlighted this as one of the biggest things I wish I had in Sporttracks now. My zones don't get updated in ST because it feels like a chore. Being able to auto-calculate using popular methods that rely on LTHR, FTP and threshold/race pace would be a welcome addition.

yes - this would be great.
HR Zone setting... it would be great if there was a feature to key on a specific activity and "extract" HR / LT zones from it. Perhaps based on a couple different models, but I'm thinking at least the "after 10 minutes; for the next 20 minutes" type model.
Secondly, it would be nice to be able to retroactively re-baseline a time period against those updates. Obviously, HR Zones can change over time, but I'm thinking for zones that were misconfigured originally. Then, year-on-year, the data don't make sense.
Thanks for entertaining these ideas. -

I would also like to see the option to compute zones depending on Lactate Threshold Heart Rate or something similar. Estimating your own LTHR is easier/more accurate than max HR.
Perhaps a scroll down list: compute zones according to Joe Friel (LTHR based) etc.

It would also be nice if power zones could be calculated based on your FTP.
Even nicer would be if an algorithm can suggest changes in your ftp based on power data from your recent rides. -

There are methods to calculate the HR and Pace zone automatically. SportTracks.mobi already have all my history running data. It is possible to calculate those zones using certain methods, such as http://fellrnr.com/wiki/Jack_Daniels_Running_Formula
