Training Templates
Complete training programs for things like 5k, 10k, Half, Olympic Triathlon, and what not are really helpful for tools like Garmin, but I don't like the Garmin calendar, or anything else that I've seen. I really like your calendar so far, but would love this as added functionality in SportTracks! Please enjoy my unsolicited feature request. :)
Here is the story I have in my head:
As an end user (consumer not coach) of SportTracks, I want to use pre-configured workout plans to schedule out a full program, so that I can see a long term plan that can be edited to better plan in advance.
To accept this, I would like to see:
1. basic workouts with zone data for the most common events (5k, 10k, Half-Marathon, Marathon, Sprint Tri, Olympic Tri, Half-Iron, Ironman).
2. Structured workouts for each of these events to cover a long term plan for how to achieve the distances.
3. Ability to drag and drop workouts from one day to another to rearrange the plan (this would be nice on the calendar in general)
4. Ability to edit the granular details of each workout added.
5. Ability to add a training plan to my calendar based on either start date or end date of the plan.
Sorry, my product manager is showing. I think there is another story for the coach as well, but that would be about creating training plan templates and then applying them to clients calendars. Love the platform though, thanks for all the work you do!
