Blocks of time for workouts (separate from training time)
SportTracks has a calendar option to add the amount of time for a given training event. Often the actual time taken for the training (warm-ups, cool-downs, travel, etc.) is greater than the actual training. My idea is to allow the user to add a start and stop time that is separate from the actual training time. As an example: I have a 60 minute run planned, but my total training time will be 90 minutes (including warmup, etc.) The calendar will allow me to input a start time and an end time that spans 90 minutes. This would be a separate input from the 60 minute run. So now I and others can see that I will be training for 90 minutes total, not just 60 minutes. This would help with scheduling and shared calendars.
